These are the terms for using MemoJog ("we", "us", "the Service"), a WhatsApp-based reminder assistant. By messaging the bot, you agree to them. Like our privacy policy, this is written to match what the product actually does, not generic boilerplate.

MemoJog lets you create reminders by messaging a WhatsApp number in plain language, and nudges you (or someone else you name — see Section 4) at the right time. It's provided as-is. Some features are free; others may require a paid plan, as described at the point you'd sign up for one — see Section 8 for how we handle pricing changes.
You must meet WhatsApp's own minimum age requirement (currently 13, or higher where local law requires) to use the Service.
Don't use MemoJog to:
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone violating this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
If you set a reminder for someone else, you're responsible for having a legitimate reason to contact them and for the accuracy of what you tell us about them (their name, number, and the reminder content). MemoJog sends at most one invitation message to a person who hasn't used the Service before; if they don't respond, we don't contact them again on your behalf and the reminder is never created. See our privacy policy Section 4 for how that data is handled.
MemoJog depends on WhatsApp's platform, third-party AI services for understanding your messages (see our privacy policy Section 3), and our own infrastructure — any of which can fail, be delayed, or misinterpret what you meant. Do not rely on MemoJog for anything safety-critical, medical, legal, or otherwise high-stakes — always keep an independent way of tracking time-sensitive or critical obligations. We're not liable for a reminder that never arrives, arrives late, or is scheduled incorrectly.
You keep ownership of what you send us. Using the Service means giving us permission to store and process that content (and, where you've set a reminder for someone else, their name/number) solely to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.
The Service relies on Meta/WhatsApp, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Railway (see our privacy policy Section 3). We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures on their end that affect MemoJog, though we'll do our best to keep things running and communicate major disruptions.
We can add, change, or remove features at any time, and may introduce paid plans for new functionality. If a feature you already use for free is moved behind a paid plan, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for your account.
You can stop using MemoJog at any time by simply no longer messaging it. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating Section 3, or if we discontinue the Service — we'll try to give notice for the latter where practical.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, MemoJog and Remindly Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed reminders (see Section 5). Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the greater of £50 or the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We'll update this document as the product changes and post the new effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll send a one-time WhatsApp message to active users pointing at the update — same approach as our privacy policy Section 10.
